-Support quality system engineer for various system audits as Annual Management Review/External Audit/Internal Audit/ Process Audit/Production Audit/Layer Audit/OPEX Audit and so on
支持質量體系工程師完成各種審核：年度管理評審/外審/內審/過程審核/產(chǎn)品審核/分層審核審核等
-Responsible for the customer audit, make the corrective actions to ensure close of non-conformity finding with the quality system engineer support

-Responsible for resolution of customer concern use of tooling as tPS/ 8D /5 Why / Fishbone and document the official report to customer as well as internal team.
負責運用tPS/8D報告/5Why分析/魚骨圖等質量工具解決客戶投訴問題，并形成正式的報告給CQE以及內部團隊
-Responsible for the valuation of the corrective actions effectivity and durative. And lead the lessons learned as : other plant/similar process/similar parts if need and so on . Push to trace to PFEMA / Control Plan/Work Instruction/ and add the corrective actions to Layer Audit list and do the quality audit regularly.
負責改善措施的有效性和持續(xù)性驗證。并組織完成橫向展開至其他工廠/類似的工藝/類似的產(chǎn)品等（如需要）。推動將改善措施反映在PFMEA/控制計劃/作業(yè)標準等 并增加在分層審核清單。定期進行質量審核

崗位職責：壓鑄工藝，金屬行業(yè)
1 、調試機器模具及生產(chǎn)的壓制品，確保生產(chǎn)合格的產(chǎn)品及數(shù)量控制。
2、對粉末冶金成形壓機設備安全進行控制及改善，保證壓制過程的安全與可靠性；
